Bring the photo
Always. We want to see it. We will also tell you honestly how your base, your colour history and the light in that photo change what is achievable — and in how many sittings.
Hard water is the reason colour fades
Not the colour. Water across the Tricity runs hard, and minerals dull tone within weeks. Sulphate-free washing, lukewarm water and UV protection do more for longevity than anything we can add in the chair.
Smoothening is a chemical process
Every keratin or smoothening treatment is. The question is which chemical, how well the room is ventilated, and whether you are shown the bottle. Ask us all three.
